>> Steps 1-7 - Respondent Enrollment  Respondent must complete steps 1-7 to enroll in Peer Court. Your referral is not complete until you complete these steps!

the respondent and parents are responsible for completing other intake documents and forwarding them to Peer Court or selected school staff members. Our staff is available to answer any questions you have about these documents - 415-865-2524


>> Step 8 - Respondent Support Form

the respondent is responsible for having at least 2 support people, including 1 parent, complete a Respondent Support Form within 4 days of enrolling in Peer Court. This form is for parents, family, coaches, teachers, and others who want to support the respondent


Steps 9 - 10  Respondent Program Exit Respondent should do steps 9-10 AFTER they have satisfied the terms of their disposition to finish the case and successfully implement diversion from arrest or suspension

You have been referred by the SFPD or SFUSD as an alternative to arrest or suspension, and Peer Court is an opportunity to take responsibility for your actions, but to avoid a harmful punishment like arrest, juvenile court or school suspension.
